    Established in 2010, Dogwalk is a family run business that has become one of the most well-established and longest running facilities in the region, providing a huge offering of services for pets - all under one roof! We have an amazing team of qualified professionals that work around the clock to ensure that all our guests are happy and healthy. Our priority is the ‘family-feel’ and our boutique approach to pet care is one you will not find anywhere else in the UAE. We truly believe that individual care is paramount, and pride ourselves on providing attentive and tailored attention to all our dogs and cats in a clean and safe environment.

    Terms & Conditions

    Certain prices depend on the actual size of the pet, booking the wrong size of the service may result in extra charges at the time of your visit.

    To ensure the safety of all guests and employees, all dogs must undergo an assessment before taking part in social activities at Dogwalk.

     

    Vaccination & Health Requirements to be on-site at Dogwalk for daycare or boarding, your pet must be fully vaccinated as per the following:

    Dogs:

    1. Rabies*

    2. Canine Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus and Para-influenza virus (DHPPI)*

    3. Bordetella (Kennel Cough)**

    4. VacciCheck certificate (with score of S3 or above) presented minimum of 21 days after annual vaccinations.

    *24 hour waiting period required after vaccination has been administered

    ** 48 hour waiting period required after vaccination has been administered

     

    Cats:

    1. Rabies

    2. Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (Tri-Cat)

    Although not compulsory we also recommend Antifungal and Feline Chlamydia Vaccination.

     

    To visit the grooming salon at Dogwalk, your pet must be fully vaccinated as per the following:

    Dogs:

    1. Rabies

    2. Canine Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus and Para-influenza virus (DHPPI)

    3. Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

     

    Cats:

    Please be 10 minutes early to your appointment, and please note, 30 minutes delay for a confirmed appointment can deem your appointment as a no show and would follow the cancellation policy.

    Cancellation Policy

    BookMyPet has a 24 hours cancellation policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
